Full length comic book Peanuts

Peanuts in comic book magazines has always been a matter of short pieces, from the earliest day where it was just a matter of reprinting strips, through the days when it was largely made up of stories of four to eight pages. That was true through the Peanuts appearances in titles like Nancy and Tip-Top, and into its own title in the 1960s, and then into this century with the revived title from Kaboom, always with several stories in each issue.
But they’re breaking that with that with issue 25 of volume 2 of the current comics title, hitting comic shops on the 18th of next month. Regular Peanuts contributors Paige Braddock and Vicki Scott spin a full-length summer camp tale for this single-story issue… in fact, it’s being promoted as a 32 page story, which means you get well more pages of story in an issue than with a normal issue, and it’s still just $3.99.
