Love is Walking in a Circle

We’ve got the cover image for the rerelease of Love is Walking Hand in Hand coming later this year. This keeps the same central image of the original release and its general circular structure, but changes how the title is presented in the outer ring and gives us a hypnotic weave on the outside, making it look less like the 1960s book that it was and more like… well, something more modern. Perhaps not 2018, but the 1980s or later, certainly.

I’ve always liked how this cover features Shermy and Patty, two of the characters from the very first Peanuts strip who were already well into fading away from the strip when this book first came out in 1965. Perhaps they left the strip to live happily ever after together.
