Peanuts Collection even cheaper

I do not understand this pricing, but Urban Outfitters has just knocked their price on The Peanuts Collection down yet again, to $9.99 for this $35 book.  Not only that, but they’re currently running a promo code (TAKE10) to take 10% off any order, knocking it down another buck. There is of course shipping cost… but if you order totals over $150 (which, if you’re buying nothing but The Peanuts Collection, is 17 copies), free shipping is available. Is this cheap? Heck, I’m ordering copies from then (seventeen, indeed), and I wrote the darned thing.
