Warm Blanket coming to DVD

I still haven’t heard final word on whether the new animated special, Happiness is a Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown, will get a TV airing before it gets released to home video… but we do now have the date for that video release. The DVD will be available on March 29, 2011, and is now available for preorder.

As this is a double-length special (not an actual hour long, but an-hour-minus-commercial-time long), I wouldn’t expect them to be adding a second special, but a”making-of” featurette seems likely.
