New Peanuts cartoons, DVDs coming!

The Hollywood Report is reporting that the Peanuts DVD rights have moved from Paramount to Warner (link via The Comics Reporter). This will mean:

  • New direct-to-video cartoons, plus new direct-to-digital shorts
  • Remastered and repackaged versions of he most famous specials
  • Thick collections of the less-famous cartoons

Sounds like good news all around.
