Time to push the Great Pumpkin’s buttons

Hallmark has a new book edition of It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, one with the little buttons that you push to make sounds that are part of the story. It’s a close cousin to a similar edition of A Charlie Brown Christmas which they published last year. And they’re offering a similar deal — it’s a $14.99 list price book, but it’s only $9.99 with any other purchase. So 99 cent rack, here I come! (Of course, this deal is in place for months to come, so the “list price” is fairly meaningless. But it’s still not a bad deal for an interactive kids book.)

More on this once I have a copy in my tired little hands.

Love is Everywhere, Snoopy! is a board book that is supposed to be Charlie Brown explaining love to Snoopy (who is said to have asked, which raises the usual how-does-Snoopy-communicate-to-Charlie-Brown question.) Charlie Brown answers …
