I just checked at BookOutlet.com (<use that link and you may get a $5 gift card and I get a kickback if you order), and found that they have the Peanuts Paint-By-Number Kit that includes the small book that I wrote, Classic Peanuts: Great Moments, for $7.99, which is less than half its list price. I’ll probably order some of those myself to sell at conventions… and if I do, I’ll charge folks full price for ’em (a guy’s gotta make a profit somewhere!), so you’d be better off ordering them here.
Other Peanuts books they have at the moment include hardcover copies of the level 2 readers Time for School, Charlie Brown and movie-based You’ve Got Talent, Charlie Brown for $4.99 each, the movie-based Charlie Brown is Not a Quitter for $5.99, softcover storybooks Go Fly a Kite, Charlie Brown and Snoopy Takes Off for $1.99 each, Meet the Peanuts Gang for $2.99. The recent valentiny hardcover version of Love is Walking Hand In Hand is $3.99, and the hardcover version of A Charlie Brown Christmas: The Making of a Tradition is $4.99. All of these are at least half off the list price, some more. In some cases, these books may have a remaindering mark – generally a Sharpie line across one of the edges.
