You can be in a Peanuts book!

LogansABCsThe plans for this were announced so far back that I was beginning to think that the project had been scuttled, but now you can buy your kids (yeah, right, your kids; me, I’ll be buying them for myself!) personalized Peanuts books. Alas, they’re not very personalized; your “child’s” name won’t be integrated into the story, just the cover and dedication and a poster in the back, it appears. There are two volumes, based on My First Peanuts ABC (which is scheduled to ship in November) and My First Peanuts 123 (January). Now, my goal has always been to own every Peanuts book title ever, but given that the customization includes changing the title, am I gonna have to find out all of the versions that other people ordered and order a copy with the same name for myself? (At thirty bucks a pop, the answer is “no”.) US residents can save themselves the shipping costs (and Canadians shave a fair amount off of that cost) by using code ABC123 and checkout. Hey, that’s my bank password! (No, no it’s not.)
