Peanuts movie books and storybooks a-comin’!

Upcoming releases

As I’ve mentioned before, these big animated kid movies tend to be accompanied by a bunch of book tie-ins… and now that this fall’s solicitations are coming through, there looks to be a reasonable amount of Peanuts product in that regard. Often, the books are adaptations of a portion of the film, and I suspect that’s what You’ve Got Talent, Charlie Brown, A Friend Indeed, and Charlie Brown is Not a Quitter all are. And then there’s the The Peanuts Movie Novelization, bringing the feature film to us in prose format. (For now, I’m linking to the Kindle version of each of these, as the print versions which are presumably also showing up in September are not yet showing up.)

There’s a few other solicited story books, not direct movie tie-ins, that I’ll mention tomorrow, including one that’s the sort of book that makes me very happy. But there’s one of these that I want to capture how it appears on Amazon right now, before they make some change to it:
