Things disappear and things reappear

The upcoming Australian book Peanuts Classic Treasury that appeared in Amazon US’s listings has ClassicTreasurynow disappeared from Amazon. I presume it will still come out in Australia, that it had just gotten improperly listed for sale in the US. Oddly, Amazon wrote me just a few days ago to tell me to expet the copy I ordered to arrive November 5; I will be interested in seeing if it actually does. (Amazon still lists a similar Garfield volume.) Thanks to AAUGH Blog reader Debbie for the tip!

Meanwhile, the Barnes & Noble-exclusive Classic Peanuts paint-by-number set that includes my small book Peanuts: Great Moments which had been available through their website and then was not available is now available again. Also, B&N now has the book Peanuts Collection back in stock. Not to be confused with my book The Peanuts Collection, this hardcover has the last three years of the strip – except the final daily, which was reworked into the final Sunday anyway, which is in there – with the Sundays in color, for under $15.
