December 20: Peanuts Christmas Ornament Book

The Peanuts Christmas Ornament Book gets my affection because it’s a book. And it’s a good thing it says that it’s a book in the title, because otherwise I might never have known. Normally, I would not consider a folded cardboard sheet with pop-out shapes to be a book. In 1996, this cost $9.95 (about $14 if you allow for inflation)… which seems to me a rather steep price for 5 flat cardboard ornaments. But then, I’m not much of an ornament buyer, so I don’t really know. It is pretty!
