A needle-ssly fine present

Classic finds

Being a) an adult and b) not a Christmasian, it makes sense that I’m not given much in the way of Christmas presents. This year’s haul was just two items, both given by Dr. Mrs. The AAUGH Blogger: a Terry’s Chocolate Orange (yum!), and this Peanuts embroidery book from Japan.

Inside it are design guides for embroidering a range of Snoopy images (and exactly one Snoopy-free image, a picture of Snoopy’s father)…

…and photos of completed projects….

…plus some how-to-embroider pages.

Published in 2020 by Kadokawa, it is a fine book. My wife (who also offered to embroider me an item, if I so desired) both understand and loves me, and that’s an unlikely combination.

Charlie Brown answers …
