Howl now, Brown crowd

Someone asked me about the announced-but-not-yet-solicited literary look at Peanuts, The Peanuts Papers: Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the Gang, and the Meaning of Life, which I had previously discussed. I have one little tidbit of further information on it – just the one. That’s that novelist and MacArthur Fellow Jonathan Lethem’s contribution will be a “reworked Allen Ginsburg’s ‘Howl’ using language from Charlie Brown and Snoopy and friends” – information that I found on his blog. And when I clicked the link there about the project to learn more about it, I found that the link took me back to my blog entry on it.

AAUGH.com – a reliable source used by MacArthur Fellows!

(And hey, Jonathan, if you’re looking back here: I think you meant Allen Ginsberg. Unless real estate magnate Alan Ginsburg also wrote something called “Howl”.)
