So I’m actually up before the kids are, my recent sleeping troubles trumping their need to rush out for presents, apparently. So I will boot off the day by wishing you a good day today, a good year to come, and a good life always.
But I’ll also note that if you want to watch some Peanuts specials, this is the week to do it… at least, if you subscribe to Amazon Prime. The following specials are currently available for free on the surface, but lose that status with the coming of the new year:

Is it just me, or is this image that appears when I pause the video on my computer actually a hidden Charlie Brown? Charlie Brown’s Christmas Tales
(which has as a bonus feature the mini-documentary “Sibling Rivalry: Growing Up Van Pelt”, which was created for the I Want a Dog DVD and makes a lot more sense there… but it does include me as one of the commenters.)
