You’ll Have Barriers, Charlie Brown

Animated Peanuts

I have a foolish obsession strong interest in the 1979-released film strip series Charlie Brown’s Career Education Program. Finding this listing in a scan of a 1989 educational media catalog answered a couple questions for me, like “how long was this around?” (at least a decade) and “how much did schools pay for it?” ($588 for the whole set, at least in ’89. I have seen an earlier reference that indicated that individual units could be had for $14.49 apiece.)

I am also reminded that some of the titles would be cool on a t-shirt. I mean, you’d buy a Be Aware of Yourself, Charlie Brown shirt, right? Or We All Need Self-Fulfillment, Charlie Brown??
