Charlie Brown Christmas wooden collectible set

Upcoming releases

So we’ve got an image of the A Charlie Brown Christmas wooden collectible set, which ships later this year. As we can see, it’s some printed-onto-wood character images with a little backdrop. All the art is take from the Tom Brannon-illustrated adaptation book. This comes with a 32 page booklet of “quotes” and “illustrations” from the special; only on seeing it will I judge if that adds up to an adaptation or not.

And just as a relic is not holy unless it’s a piece of the True Cross, so I feel that these should not be truly collectible unless they are made from the wood of the Sad Little Tree.

But I’m glad that those of you who have always wanted a wooden Shermy finally get their chance.
