Snoopy’s many rescues

The book that was previously listed just as Peanuts Spring Collection 2017 now has a title, Snoopy to the Rescue. It’s a good name… which is why it’s been used before. Repeatedly.

In 1991, the UK’s Ladybird Books published snoopy to the rescue (lower-case theirs), a storybook by Gordon Volke.snoopy_to_the_rescue

In 1987, Australia’s Budget Books put out volume 10 of their Snoopy Snaps series of black-and-white Peanuts strip reprint books, subtitled “Snoopy to the Rescue”.

During the 1970s and 1980s, Fisher Price had a little movie viewer toy that ran a number of cartridges, including a 1982 issue named Snoopy to the Rescue that used animation from the TV special It’s a Mystery, Charlie Brown.

That Snoopy, he’s always available for a good rescue!
