Two months of Sundays

20130209-150843.jpgYou may recall when Fantagraphics announced their full color Sunday reprint series Peanuts Every Sunday that I pointed out that this could cause some confusion for collectors, as there was an old black-and-white Holt, Rinehart, and Winston collection of the same name.

Well, that confusion may not just be for old collectors. In November, the next volume of the Fanatagraphics series comes out… and then in December, Titan Books is releasing their reprint of the original. How many people are going to order the $5.99 black-and-white paperback thinking they’re getting the large, full-color $49.99 hardcover with twice as many strips?

(Also coming in December is the Titan reprint of Go Fly a Kite, Charlie Brown.)
