Peanuts movie notes

AAUGH Blog reader Steve pointed me toward an Entertainment Weekly article that indicated that the upcoming Peanuts movie will effectively have one foot in the modern era and one in tradition. The modern aspect is that the film will be released in 3-D; the traditional is that it will be voiced using kid actors,

A couple of other AAUGH Blog readers have voiced suspicions that I might be on the inside of the film project. No such thing, alas. i wouldn’t be surprised one way or the other if I eventually if I got involved in some film-related book project or somesuch, but I cannot imagine them having any need for me on the film itself.
