Up for auction is Schulz’s correspondence with a woman he was enamored of, including a variety of gag sketches done for her, both Peanuts and non. This goes with my instinct to find every little piece of  Schulzwork; in the wake of the release of Christmas Stocking, I’ve been joking that I’m like Indiana Jones, only instead of priceles and powerful artifacts of ancient civilizations, I get Peanuts strips.
