Franklin on the front

In email exchanges with some folks, I’ve noted how Franklin, who up until now hadn’t gotten on the front cover of any books unless there were a fair number of other characters, is suddenly getting solo treatment. He’s on the cover of the newest Complete Peanuts volume:

And he’s on the cover of the upcoming ebook collection focused on him:

And now, while not alone, he’s even on the cover of an upcoming non-Peanuts-specific book, in a row with Storm from the X-Men, Huey from The Boondocks, and that guy who pointed out to Green Lantern how much time he’d spent helping the orange-skinned folks of the galaxy:

Admittedly, this is just a paperback edition of an earlier hardcover where Franklin appeared on the cover as well, albeit smaller. But surprisingly, Franklin is not on the cover of the same author’s next new book:

Okay, perhaps not that surprisingly…
