Upcoming Peanuts DVDs

There’s a couple more Peanuts DVDs on the way as part of the Happiness Is… Peanuts run of not-named-after-a-TV-special DVDs. First up is Snow Days, which includes the special She’s a Good Skate, Charlie Brown as well as some material from the Saturday morning Charlie Brown & Snoopy Show series. That one comes out mid-October.

Next up is Friends Forever, which, in the theme of friendship, leads with… You’re in Love, Charlie Brown. ?!? And again, they fill it out with Charlie Brown & Snoopy Show material. This one is due out in late December. Very late December. Too late to get it as a Christmas present… but hey, Channuka runs late this year, you can still give it as a gift on the last night. I’m not sure that it’s worth changing your family religion to make such a gift possible… but consider this: doing so also means that you can buy some of your gifts this year at the after-Christmas sales.
