And my experience with these B&amp;N Marvel discount items is that, unlike most &#8220;remaindered&#8221; books, they don&#8217;t have remaindered book markings &#8211; no mark on the price or on the bottom edge of the book. The books are actually shrinkwrapped, and the discount price sticker on the outside of the shrink wrap is easy to remove. So you can get a cheap gift that doesn&#8217;t look so cheap.
