But I actually stumbled across another reason a few weeks back. I&#8217;d preordered something that was about $30 bucks, and by the time it shipped, it was around $24. So I got it for the $24&#8230; and I got the free shipping, even though $24 isn&#8217;t enough for a free shipping order, because the shipping was locked in when the price was $30.
