Comic-Con 2025 hits San Diego this week, and those of us who are lucky enough to attend will have some interesting things to see and interesting items to buy.<\/p>\n

When it comes to Peanuts panels, they will be on Friday and Saturday. Lucky for me, I’ll be there for the Friday one, as that’s the day my non-Peanuts panel is.<\/p>\n

Panelists include\u00a0Mark Evanier<\/strong>\u00a0(author of\u00a0The Essential Peanuts<\/em>),\u00a0Chip Kidd<\/strong>\u00a0(graphic designer),\u00a0Paige Braddock<\/strong>\u00a0(creative director emeritus at Charles M. Schulz Creative Associates), and\u00a0Alexis E. Fajardo<\/strong>\u00a0(editorial director, publishing & experiences at Charles M. Schulz Creative Associates). Not only is this Rokimoto Peanuts – Snoopy In Puffer Jacket Figure a limited edition (which exclusives inherently are), but there’s a chance that you’ll get the rare variant with Snoopy sitting down. Sold UCC Distributing, which has booths 5613 and 1401 (I don’t know if it will be at both.)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

But what about the official Peanuts sales locations? Once again, Peanuts will have both a booth inside the convention and a pop-up shop outside at 200 W. Harbor Drive (which means it’ll be open to anyone, not just convention attendees.) The Unofficial SDCC Blog has a rundown on what will be carried,<\/a> and it’s not 100% clear which items are exclusives and which are just items (for example, there’s a Peanuts Polly Pocket set that is just\u00a0debuting<\/em> at the convention, and the sno-cone maker is obviously a traditional item and the new Hallmark Snoopy Sno-Cone ornament is already being offered by Hallmark.) There are a few things that are obviously exclusive, like the pins (a different one each day, free with purchase)<\/div>\n

The only actual Peanuts book is just the reissue of Snoopy and the Red Baron<\/em><\/a> which came out last month, but this keychain (apparently, it’s a notebook) and this pin will do for us Peanuts book specialists.<\/div>\n
