In order to get them all into 304 pages, it cheats just a little bit, skipping over the covers and individual copyright pages, and occasionally combining what had been two pages in the original book into one.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/aaugh.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/IMG_20240829_153528.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7312\" src=\"http:\/\/aaugh.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/IMG_20240829_153528-300x160.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aaugh.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/IMG_20240829_153528-300x160.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aaugh.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/IMG_20240829_153528-768x410.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aaugh.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/IMG_20240829_153528.jpg 880w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The pages are printed actually somewhat larger than the original books (don&#8217;t go by the photo; I used a Kohl&#8217;s hardcover edition of\u00a0<em>Shoot for the Moon, Snoopy!<\/em>, which is larger than the original edition.) However, the art is actually no bigger than it was in the original; they&#8217;ve given borders around the images.<\/p>\n<p>Books included are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Lose the Blanket, Linus!<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Kick the Football, Charlie Brown!<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Cool Like Snoopy<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Messy Like Pigpen<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Snoopy for President<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Sweet Like Sally<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">A Best Friend for Snoopy<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">A Best Friend for Woodstock<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">It\u2019s Hockey Time, Franklin<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">You\u2019re a Big Brother, Charlie Brown!<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Nice to Meet You, Franklin<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Shoot for the Moon, Snoopy!<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Snoopy\u2019s Snow Day<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Woodstock\u2019s Sunny Day<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Woodstock\u2019s First Flight<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">It\u2019s Springtime, Snoopy<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">The Many Faces of Snoopy<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"a-text-italic\">Hugs for Snoopy<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rather than have credits with each story, they&#8217;re all placed on the copyright page&#8230; and while I didn&#8217;t check every credit, at least one of them is wrong. (2016&#8217;s <em>Kick the Football<\/em> was drawn by Scott Jeralds, rather than the talented-but-deceased Charles M. Schulz guy they credit.)<\/p>\n<p>If you want books like this, this is a good deal. (But I&#8217;ll still always hold that a strip collection is a better gift even for the very young.
