This is bothering me because it&#8217;s not something I&#8217;ve ever heard of before, nor am I finding any other reference to this occurring. I can&#8217;t even trust the information in this one-paragraph piece, as they get the name of the syndicate wrong, and often reports of someone being sued for copyright\/trademark infringement turn out to be merely that someone got a cease-and-desist notice \u2013 a threat that they will be sued if they don&#8217;t stop what their doing.
