I was surprised to find that the book didn&#8217;t bear the title which I&#8217;d been told it would have. While the text of the book refers to itelf by the old tile (<em>Remembering Sparky<\/em>), the cover, spine, and title page use the title <em><strong>They Called Him Sparky.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>So if you see this book somewhere and wonder if that is the book I was talking about, the answer is &#8220;yes&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll give a review of this book of reminiscences, correspondence, and cartoons once I&#8217;ve had a chance to read the whole thing, but my initial impressions are positive (for those with a specific interest in Schulz; this isn&#8217;t a book for the casual Peanuts fan.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The mailma&#8217;am just delivered my copies of the book of reminiscences about Charles Schulz that I discussed earlier.
