The deluge begins

Well, I was forecasting a deluge of Peanuts books in the fall, but I should have looked at my calendar more closely – these two shipments are arriving tomorrow, which is still the last day of summer.

Having said that, it overcounts things a tad. Seems I was relying on Amazon’s usual banner of “You ordered this book on thus-and-such-a-date”, and for whatever reason, when I was doing a batch order in April, those banners weren’t showing up. So I ordered four books twice – luckily, low-priced ones. Still, this means eight new books arriving in one day, most but not all being movie tie-ins.
