Counting down the days to advent

Well, it’s only April, but you can already preorder the Peanuts Christmas Advent Calendar, and get it in June… just in time for Christmas-in-July!

Please note that this is Peanuts Christmas, not A Charlie Brown Christmas, which is a licensing matter. But it’s not really about  A Charlie Brown Christmas, right? Because when they say “The Peanuts Christmas Advent Calendar features all of the characters from Charles Schulz’s classic holiday special, including Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus, Sally, Rerun, Marcie, Pigpen, Woodstock, and Snoopy”, they clearly want to evoke some other special… one which actually does have Marcie, Woodstock, and Rerun in it.

And if you think it’s too early to be able to be thinking of preordering a calendar for December, I should note that there are already not one, not two, but eleven 2013 Peanuts calendar products you can now preorder.

So isn’t it time you started your Peanuts calendar collection?

(And hey, if waiting until later this month to get the 18-month Moleskins is too long, you can get a Peanuts 2012 calendar immediately… on your Kindle!)
